We know very well morality is distributed by the Gaussian curve. There are sociopaths and angels. We have IQ tests to ease getting intellectually-gifted pupils or students to the appropriate places.
But what about morality testing? People know how should our evolutionary and culturally given morality look like in the example. So tests would be one huge cheating theater.
But what about the real testing in a real life? Not only humans could evaluate the results but also AI could. Let’s see some examples: juvenile delinquencies, children committing crimes, marriage breakdown and in most cases it leads to divorce, parent children misunderstanding each other on certain things, conflicts over few resources to share between groups, inter-group skirmishes, alcoholism or alcohol abuse among the people in the society, homelessness, begging, sexually-transmitted diseases, neglect and deprivation, interpersonal aggression, bullying, cyberbullying, violence, intolerance, anti-Antisemitism, extremism, racism and xenophobia, homophobia, vandalism, theft, criminal offenses and misdemeanors, truancy and non-fulfillment of school duties, addictive behavior, abuse of addictive substances, internet addiction, gambling, risks sports activities, injury prevention, risk behavior in traffic, accident prevention, the spectrum of eating disorders, the negative influence of sects, hazardous sexual behavior.
These are just examples of what should the content of your moral IQ should be. But why measure your moral profile? You would be motivated to act more and more morally by occupational, financial and other motives. And the top of the top would go to professions such as policemen, judges and politicians.
