Yes, but the Chinese Communist Party does everything it can

In China, a problem emerges. And the typical reaction of the state official is to acknowledge at least part of the problem. But they just want to make you sure the Communist Party does its best to resolve the problem.

The Chinese professors have party cards and there are no academic freedoms. And since there is no civic society in China, their party cannot resolve everything.

I consider their reactions as a laughing matter.
