Culture, politics and socioeconomic outcome

Every country on this planet faces the burden of corruption. And there are two ways how to curtail it.

Firstly, the public must be very tough on politicians and get rid of them even when the slightest suspicion of corruption appears. Second, there must be huge party membership to make it worse for the lobbyists to control the party and be tough if the politician is suspected of any wrongdoings.

The level of corruption practically indicates how developed the country is.

Now, let’s compare three countries: Germany, Czech Republic and Russia. People possess the same IQ yet there is huge difference in terms of being tough on politicians or being members of a political party. The three countries drastically differ in GDP (PPP) and average wage.

However, being an aware citizen and curtailing corruption isn’t enough. You must push the elected parties to collaborate on reforms.

In the Czech case, they also say our managers are not courageous enough to transform their companies from cheap assembly shops to sophisticated economy based on our best brains.

Culture, however, penetrates the lowest-placed workers. Germans work more effectively than their Czech counterparts on a basic level.

So the Germans have different citizen culture, different party culture, different managerial culture and different common people culture. That makes their country superior to the Czech Republic or Russia.
