If there is, it is surely not public because we would know about it. Historians absolutely detest mathematics, so we can only use factor analysis in the study of history.
Causes and consequences in history are on the level of gossips. Why did WW1 or WW2 begin? We don’t know. Of course, some of the reasons are known but we cannot precisely tell.
Imagine predicting which country’s leadership will change, what kind of regime will be there (oligarchy, fascism, kleptocracy and so on), when will war be started, what economic output will be produced.
Having such knowledge available would give huge leverage to the particular country. Having early information is key for the policy-makers.
The USA maybe have some system like this developed but are hiding it and are acting dumb so they wouldn’t reveal it.
