Human rights consist of democratic freedoms, freedom of speaking, and economic rights.
The US only cares about democratic freedom and freedom of speaking. Why not the economic rights? Because it doesn’t serve its purpose.
They want the countries to be democracies in order to be able to invest in them more. Of course, there are also moral aspects (I am not denying it).
But they never fight for economic rights. People are being poor around the world, don’t have a job and their healthcare system is lousy.
Not only that the US couldn’t be a role model but enforcing economic human rights upon various countries would be detrimental to their business interest (the super-rich interest group that have business in the foreign countries or their cronies have).
So don’t expect any stimulus for people who live on 2 dollars a day.
