Death penalty because you are gay. LGBTQ+ as one of the world’s most pressing issues

One would think that Hitler’s systemic incarceration, torture and eventual killings of LGBTQ+ people (which actually happened on an unimaginable scale) is a relic of the past and that things are over now when the majority of developed countries legalized sexual minorities or even provided lawful means of partnerships or marriages.

No, especially in developing countries, LGBTQ+ people are excluded from daily life, discriminated against, persecuted, tortured and killed, not to mention the huge stigma, prejudice, and family disapproval.

Even if these enormously vulnerable people – in theory – are legally protected, it means nothing as hate crimes are committed both by society and law enforcement. They are also barred from healthcare and the educational system. Sometimes they are forced to make a “conversion”.

What about religion? It has its fair share of horrific state of affairs followed by primitive superstitions stemming from pseudoscientific myths.

Look, I don’t know how many sexes there should be. Call me a half-educated person, but all I know is this progress was made by our beloved international super-rich groups that divert attention from major issues (the super-rich don’t have to give you a mortgage, or loan, they could give you the money for free as they are obscenely rich). The societal turmoil makes two blocs that hate each other and our puppet-masters may do what they desire when society is divided.

If the US has such a superpower (as it claims), why don’t they do something with it? Of course, natural resources, bribes to local politicians and power-play must be in the first place. Denailing, brutal beatings, electrocutions, mock executions, rapes, sleep deprivation and stress positions definitely won’t prevent from suit-and-tie diplomats sipping champagne after they have bribed (this is legal in the US) their way up to the position.

However, I don’t idealize LGBTQ+ people, they may be more tolerant because of their own disadvantaged position, but are just people and may be callous when it comes to problems of other disadvantaged people (the sick, homeless, mentally ill etc.).

You will hate me, but I don’t like the Pride Parades as it is an exhibition of being different which may discredit it in the eyes of ordinary people. But here we go again, it is xenophobia, people cannot stand something different (xenophobia is an evolutionary adaptation so you eliminate your competition from being able to mate). If they march with suits and ties, it would have a different view from normal people.

In the country I live in, it is something between Russia and Germany. People often call sexually different people faggots and cannot bear any distinction. However, if you are a proud white man (which I guess you are not because you are reading this at tolerant websites), Russia can assure you that white people can be cruel.

For example, in Yemen, the Huthi authorities sentenced seven to stoning and two to crucifixion for “homosexual crimes”. Separately, 13 students have been sentenced to death for “spreading homosexuality”. And of course, this all is public because they want to spread fear.

Also, many were sentenced as well. Public flogging which many were subjected to is barbaric, inhumane treatment and shouldn’t be used as punishment anywhere.

Our common culprits who give death sentences are: Iran, Nigeria, Somalia (they killed 14 people in 2016), Saudia Arabia, and Sudan (the first two times a person gets caught having gay sex in Sudan can lead to 100 lashes and imprisonment up to five years; the third offense is supposed to lead to execution — no such executions have been reported yet — or life in prison), in Yemen (following a civil war in 1994, Yemen adopted Sharia law and declared that homosexual acts could be punished with death; in recent years, another civil war has torn the country apart and the ensuing chaos has led to the executions of numerous gay men. According to one man profiled in Narratively, 14 gay men were executed by Al Qaeda in 2016 in the capital city of Aden).

I must emphasize that these numbers are (de facto) official. Someone dies in custody or prison and then what? No pen and paper.

If you don’t believe (and someone can really doubt it) these lines I wrote and want some evidence (footage, pictures), you can definitely find it on the World Wide Web. But it is only for strong stomachs.
