If the IQ of every single world’s citizen was measured, the pool of geniuses would be radically extended.
Intellectually gifted would be put to global education system founded by the developed nations. I strongly do believe there is Einstein or von Neumann among us but he didn’t get his chance.
The whole thing wouldn’t be costly but there should be willpower and as we know, my idea is completely utopian.
