Political skills index and the 2 % of the most moral

As I have written in my previous article, 98 % of political media stories are shallow nonsense. The background politics with all the political fractions, super-rich, media connections and so on are hidden in dark. There are no background politics textbooks. Everything is placed in minds of lobbyists, politicians and super-rich people. So we have no history, everything is blank.

We can measure IQ, possibly could measure moral IQ or moral index (here and here) so why not measure the Political skills index (Political skills IQ)?

So the most moral and most politically skilled (let’s face it, politics is politics, even among the most moral) would go into politics.

I think these ideas are great, however, current politicians, lobbyists, the super-rich and actually even the common people do their utmost not to let this happen.
