Cardinal Richelieu is considered as one of the most skilled politician of all times. They gave him little power, he suddenly commenced to rule all of them.
And with severely messy American politics, they would need somebody like Cardinal Richelieu who would teach a lesson to the super-rich interest groups.
The US needs to settle the interest groups’ hostile constellation and start working for the people. Somebody who would make from the smallest possible thing the Big Bang. He would, of course, should have good intentions.
