Women possess slightly lower average intelligence, but there is also cultural discrimination

There is no doubt that women are being discriminated against on a cultural level all around the world. This issue should be and is being solved by the world’s governments or shadow eminences.

Now let’s leave the political correctness. The problem is deep-seated. We are talking about evolution, the DNA. And since the modern IQ tests (not the great g factor) are designed for women to obtain the same score as men, there is no core of the truth in it.

If psychometrists could have made sets of batteries based on factor analysis, why they couldn’t make tests that disadvantage or advantage certain groups?

The Gaussian curve is more narrow when it comes to women. It means they would have less more intelligent people and less low intelligent people were their average of 100 IQ points. But it is not.

Their average is slightly shifted. And when speaking of people with stratospheric IQs (potential Nobel Prize laureates) women have a drastically limited pool. Therefore the men prevail. Of 4 people with an IQ of 160, one is a woman, three are men.
