Tons of interviews were made and tons of books were written about the alleged “inventors” of the biggest start-ups. However, the reality lies somewhere else.
Imagine the US as a country completely controlled by a few super-rich groups. Some of them are very close to secret services apparatus that has tens of financial resources more than admitted.
And the super-rich and secret services want to have information about every single citizen because he may become an influential politician, powerful adversary, influential person or spy.
So it is kind of unimaginable that they would allow the biggest tech startups to be led by rebellious and defiant people because they could reveal who really runs the country or make such moves that would lead to destabilizing their patron-client system. Owning such companies is sensitive so the establishment must control them.
It is the same as with politicians. They never allow a politician to go up the ladder who would be defiant, and reveal the truth (it already is revealed, but the majority of people don’t know it), even with the prospect of being run over by a car.
So secret services and the super-rich are the original creators of the biggest start-ups. It is rather politics than real skills.
So precise psychological assessments are made, start-ups are either prefabricated by the “inventors” or made entirely by the aforementioned ones.
IQ, talent is counting, but it couldn’t compete with the proper connections. Who will sell the product, where competition ceases to exist. The technological world is ridden with politics rather than healthy competition.
You may think of Elon Musk as a defiant person. But even he is a part of the system.
