How Mao had screwed up and China could have been a modern country had the US invaded it back in the days

Every developing country has its own political turmoil (yes, the politicians and those behind are just animals) that doesn’t really brighten the country’s prospects.

Just like Stalin had absolute power, Mao could have done the same with his power to build the country down from the Middle Ages into an industrial empire. But no, senseless grandiose projects have been undertaken.

Even though China would have accounted for socialism, the sudden economic form transition would have made it an unmatched superpower (the US would have lagged significantly) in GDP (that means a huge military power).

Given the US political ambitions, imperialism, and foreign policy (and these are only the product of the super-rich interest groups’ desires), the proposed invasion would have set order and made the country’s GDP per capita one of the highest in the world (just like Taiwan). And since if the US groups controlled the economy, they would also control the country and its politics.

I am trying to say that this cannot be achieved with countries like India and Russia because of their people’s low political culture that resonates with the highest places.

Xi Jinping is a great power-technology expert, fighting with particulate US super-power groups with strong interests in Asia on his home soil.

So given the fact the US is trying to use both hard and soft power, China is not going to be a scientific, economic, and military super-power.

With China the richest country (in overall GDP), meat production would have multiplied. But imagine how many fewer people would have been tortured and organ-harvested.
